This position is Pre Sales Engineer for North America Market for our next-generation cloud-based quality management solution that incorporates industry best practices with a cost-effective implementation methodology. The solution is been designed to be naturally intuitive, easy to implement, deploy and maintain.
Our products support mission critical operations within many of the world's industry manufacturing verticals. General Manufacturing/Lifesciences/Automotive. This Pre Sales Engineer position is responsible for demonstrating Qualityze solutions to prospects, customers, employees, partners and any other events as required. Responsible for drafting, delivering presentations, product demonstrations and creating configured solutions for prospects demonstrations. This individual should have good knowledge of software applications, Microsoft 365/Salesforce.com would be plus, we will educate you on the rest. Requires some travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Qualityze solutions to prospects, customers, employees, partners and any other events as required.
- Responsible for drafting, delivering presentations, product demonstrations and creating configured solutions for prospects demonstrations.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Provide coaching and professional development to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Work with product management/engineering to align the continued improvement of the product
- Work with Sales team in ensuring that the solution is aligned properly through discovery, strategy, and preparation of presentations.
- Support marketing efforts regarding lead generation, trade show participation and any other awareness activities.
- Create and maintain Sales demo master database for target industries, as requested.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
- Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
- Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services.
- Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs.
- Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project.
- Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements.
- Conducting tests to determine if products meet quality standards or if they are likely to produce the desired results in consumers.
- Acting as a technical advisor, you will gather customer’s requirements and success criteria, provide architecture best practice and document data for internal handoffs.
- Own pre/post-sale scoping efforts to ensure we effectively build to customer requirements. Act as the liaison between customer technical requirements and internal build specifications.
- Work with various customer stakeholders to ensure clear buy-in on the technical aspects of the platform.

- Ability to learn new business process and software systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out complex processes and effectively demonstrate the critical value of our solutions. Should have regular participation in company and industry events
- Highly motivated, self-starter ability to work with internal resources and other team members. Focused on developing customer reference sites by combining excellence in client relationships and technical support. Able to quickly grow key trusting relationships with customers/ prospects.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyse and deliver customer proposals.
Education & Experience
- BS/BA in business or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Prior presales experience representing ERP/MES/ systems, CRM (Customer Experience, HCM (Human Capital Management, EPM/BI/Analytics (enterprise performance management) a plus.
- Prior presales experience selling on-premise, cloud SaaS and premise-to-cloud conversions opportunities a definitive plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills. English mandatory. Other languages might be a valuable differentiator.
