When I came on board in August 2024, Dynarex Corporation’s implementation of the Qualityze eQMS system was in its beginning stages. Under the guidance of Qualityze Services Team, the Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Training Departments began the pain-staking transition to implementing the numerous modules as we prepared for Go Live in mid-fall. As the SME of our new system, I was given the task of preparing the numerous files for migration into Qualityze. Working under a deadline, Qualityze Services Team was always checking and double-checking on our progress with 2 meetings a week – helping us as we became familiar with the unfamiliar.

Anything new is always intimating, and personally, understanding and learning the workflow of Qualityze was a lot to say the least. But Qualityze Services Team always took the time to help me with my struggles and questions with his exceptional patience and encouragement – as they has shown to many of our Licensed Users in the system! If someone needed a little more one-to-one instruction, Qualityze Services Team kindly helped out until we were sure of what we were doing.
